I’ve been running some. That, combined with the 15-minute “Ab Blast” workout I’ve dutifully been performing every 48 hours like clockwork and the 10 miles I powerwalk every day for work has turned my body into a Xena-form capable of crashing through cities and destroying small villages with my calves. Or, y’know, I just look a little more athletic. I like it.
